Posted by Keano! on June 15, 2009

Gary Neville has committed his future to the Red Devil’s, rubbishing reports that he could be about to drop to the Championship with Middlesbrough who are searching for valuable experience. Buy Or Develop?

Posted by Keano! on June 7, 2009

It’s the same case every Summer, and reports seem to get crazier by the year. It is of course, the United transfer wheel and speculation on who the wheel will stop at and bring back to Old Trafford. This Summer so far has been no different with Wigan’s Antonio Valencia, Bayern Munich’s Frank Ribery, Lyon’s Karim Benzema and Real Madrid’s Klass Jan Huntelaar all having reports linked to them that the English Champions are lurking with interest.

Manchester United legend, Ryan Giggs who was voted as the PFA Player Of The Year recently has stated his belief that United won’t fall off the pace when the veterans like himself hang up their boots. Giggs who is 35 years of age has won it all at United and is the clubs most decorated player after sealing an 11th League title a week ago.

When talking with the media today, Giggsy was confident that the younger generation of players coming through the ranks at United will be more then able for the challenges at the business end of the League and on the European stage.

Rome 09: O’Shea’s A Starter

Posted by Keano! on May 20, 2009

Sir Alex Ferguson claimed that long serving defender John O’Shea will be the right back for United’s Champions League final appearance with Barcelona in Rome in a weeks time. The Irishman is set for his first Champions League final appearance and will get in ahead of Rafael and Gary Neville.

O’Shea, who is often left on the bench when all are fit with Wes Brown, Gary Neville and Rafael Da Silva, has been one of the performers of the season for United doing a sterling job when employed, most notably when Patrice Evra was out at left back.
